Columbia Aurus Ship Management (CASM) was pleased to be associated with the first Columbia Shipmanagement Crew Conference in India, held in Mumbai on 14–15 October 2025.

We sincerely thank Alejandro, Romans, Mark, and Varun for sharing their insights, and our officers for their active participation and engagement, which made the sessions productive and impactful.

While CSM has been recruiting Indian seafarers for several years, this marked the first dedicated crew conference in India, underscoring the organisation’s growing focus on closer engagement with Indian officers and crew.
